Joseph was great!!!! I called and the same day within hours, he was working on my car to get the windshield replaced. He took care of it during my lunch, quick and easy. I would definitely call Joseph back again for other glass issues and I have already referred another friend to get their windshield replaced.
The cost for out of pocket was very very reasonable and better than going through insurance. It was way cheaper than my deductible and it was great helping out a local business!!!

I came in today and saw Jose at Auto Glass USA thinking in needed a new Regulator and motor for my 2011 Chevy Traverse. Jose was very helpful and explained everything he was doing along the way. Come to find out I was not in need of that part. Jose called the dealership in hillsboro and had an account set up and allowed me to use his discount to purchase another part we thought was the problem. This was not the problem after all. Unfortunately it is something that he was not able to fix as it is out of his services that he offers. He went above and beyond what I ever expected a mechanic to do.bi highly recommend him. I will be considering him in the future for work when needed on my vehicle.
